Directions to Our Offices

If you know where Perry’s Steakhouse is, our parking garage is right next to Perry’s Steakhouse in LaCenterra. The entrance to the building is at the opposite end of the parking garage from Perry’s.

Driving directions

Take 99/GrandParkway South to Cinco Ranch Blvd.

Exit Cinco Ranch Blvd. and turn right at the light.

Proceed to the next light, which is Commercial Center Boulevard.

Turn left at Commercial Center Boulevard and proceed to the second entrance, just past the parking garage. The Fort Bend County Library will be on your right.

The parking garage closest to Commercial Center Boulevard is NOT our parking garage.

Turn left into La Centerra, Bakers Street Pub will be on your left.

Drive all the way down this road into the next parking garage. It is closest to Grand Parkway.

You will pass Perry’s Steakhouse on your right before you enter our parking garage.

You can park on the first or second floor of the garage. We are on the second floor of the building.

To park on the first floor:

Turn left once you enter the parking garage and drive to the end of the garage. The entrance to our Building will be marked as Building G and H. We are in building H.

Once you park, you will walk toward the LaCenterra Shopping area. There will be glass doors to your right and you will be able to see stairs and an elevator. Enter those glass doors and proceed to the second floor.

To park on the second floor:

Once you reach the second floor, enter the hallway and turn right. You are now in building G.

The hall appears to dead end into a metal door, but open that door to find Building H.

Proceed down the hall to suite H205. Our door is on your left.
